Section 11
Committees or sub-committees may be constituted
(1) The council may constitute committees or sub-committees as necessary to carry out any work it is required to do in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The work, duties, rights and procedures of the committee or sub-committees constituted under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the council.
